About Elvina

Elvina has worked both in front and behind the camera in order to understand every corner of production. She believes in do-it-yourself, invest in yourself and ask for forgiveness not permission.

On set as talent she has booked an international print campaign for Skechers, flew to Hawaii for PacSun ads, and in the iPhone 4s manual under FaceTime. Her national commercials range from AT&T, Dunkin Donuts, Wells Fargo, Nintendo and Yoplait. She has guest starred on CSI: NY, screen tested for an ABC Family show, and is a character on a Hulu original series. She appeared in over 140 episodes of ESPN’s Who’s #1 and booked the role of Rex in Decibel short film.

Elvina learned to video edit in her teens (FCP) at school and loved it! In order to be a one-stop shop, she learned the entire Adobe Suite via Lynda.com & invested in equipment (HVX200, 5d MK II, Sennheiser audio, mobile light kits) and started working on freelance jobs. With the “never say no” policy, she got a lot of experience under her belt. Since 2011, Elvina has worked on BTS packages for:

When she is not working for clients like Cirque du Soleil, Maxim, Conde Naste & ReignDeer Entertainment, she enters video contests. A lover of all deadlines (and owner of Deathisadeadline.com) she writes/raps, acts, produces, shoots and aims to win some cash! Elvina collaborates with friends or shoots herself on a tripod.

Elvina’s goal is to act and direct her own productions – the more people see a one-woman show, the more stereotypes are broken. One day at a time….
